OFFERS TO PURCHASE

Under the direction of the Owner & CEO offers to purchase this privately held company (VANCOUVER GRIFFINS HOLDINGS INC.) (dba) VANCOUVER GRIFFINS will be accepted by the President until further notice.

The sale includes all rights and privileges to all intellectual trademarks, Logos, images and trade names associated with the team. This includes the exclusive rights to operate a NWHL franchise in the province of British Columbia, Canada. This would also include any player contracts that may be in effect now or in the future as deemed enforceable by the President as to ensure player service to the team. All team equipment and assets such as jerseys and retail stock would be included.
